Breakfast: 1 block, 1 slice of wholemeal bread and 1 slice of low fat bacon.
Lunch: 1 block, 1 salad of boiled vegetables (not including potatoes) and 200 g of tuna with lemon.
Food: 1 block, 1 cup whole grains and fat-free milk.

Day 5
Breakfast: 1 apple, 1 boiled egg and 1 slice of wholemeal bread.
